We make every possible effort to ensure that your new puppy is in excellent health at the time of adoption. The puppy has received the necessary, age appropriate vaccinations and de-worming, has been examined by our Licensed Veterinarian prior to adoption, this includes a fecal & a full body exam (ears, eyes, mouth, heart etc.)
The following conditions apply to the sale of the puppy described above:
72 Hour Guarantee
The Buyer has THREE (3) days from date of purchase (not including weekends or holidays) to have puppy examined by a Licensed Veterinarian. We cannot control the exposure the puppy comes in contact with after leaving us, so if you choose not to have your puppy examined within these three business days then this contract will be void. If within 72 hours of receiving the puppy and he/she is found to be at risk due to life threatening congenital defects (existing at birth), Buyer must contact the Breeder within this time period and provide a written statements from two Licensed Veterinarians describing the puppy’s condition. Breeder will accept the return of the puppy if the puppy has not been exposed to infectious disease of any kind. Breeder will replace the puppy provided that the puppy is in the same condition mentally and physically as when originally purchased from the Breeder. The following conditions do not warrant the return of the puppy; Bordetella, worms, ticks, fleas, mites, cocci, giardia, or other parasites, as they are common in dogs and puppies. Buyer understands that all shipping costs to and from the Breeder are the Buyers sole responsibility and will Not be refunded.
Breeder does not guarantee color, size, coat non-shedding ability or texture, championship or temperament of any puppy.

The following conditions apply to the sale of the puppy described above:

Congenital Genetic Health Guarantee
A warranty against congenital defects causing death of or making necessary euthanasia is
provided for up to 12 months from puppy/dog date of birth of puppy.
A warranty for HD is extended for up to 24 months from the dogs date of birth. This warranty will be terminated should dog be:
Allowed to become overweight “obese”
Dogs Developing joints become overstressed, due to high amount of exercise, stairs, hiking etc. Dog’s joints will not be fully developed until 2 years of age.
Penn Hip indicates that an injury may have occurred that caused or contributed to the issue.
Dog was not spayed / neutered by 6 months of age
We Highly recommend giving the NuVet Supplements to help keep your puppy/dog joints growing strong(We do track all orders through the NuVet Company)
Should dog be found to have Congenital defects within the 1st year or Genetic HD within the first 24 months of the dogs life, we must be notified during this time period. Breeder will offer a replacement puppy (of equal value) from next available litter. If Buyer does not want a replacement puppy then Breeder will offer to sell a replacement puppy of same value to help offset some of the Vet Bills. We are a small business, this reimbursement of your vet bills can take up to twelve (12) months. *Note* Buyer must establish proof of any congenital defect, congenital disease or HD by providing Breeder with all necessary documents from the Veterinarian(s) before a replacement puppy or refund is given, such as:
Buyer must provide Breeder with Health Records, X-Rays and any other paperwork that will apply proof of Diagnosis of Genetic Defects &/or Penn Hip Documentation for Genetic HD
Buyer will allow Breeder & Breeders Veterinarian to communicate with Buyers Veterinarian(s). We reserve the right to confirm the results before a replacement or refund is provided.
Buyer can show proof that Diagnosed has been spayed or neutered by 6 months of age.
Failure to comply with and provide all documentation of these requirements voids all guarantees.
Buyer understand that all expenses are at the buyer’s responsibility including but not limited to shipping of the said puppy to the Breeder &/or shipping costs of the replacement puppy.

The Dog is housed in a suitable shelter typical for its breed and protected against extreme weather conditions.
If the Breeder and/or the Veterinarian(s) feels that the dog was abused physically or Mentally in any way we have the right to take the dog described above back with out a replacement puppy and/or refund
All Veterinary records must be provided to Breeder if Buyer Is requesting a replacements puppy, if any of the above preventive care has not been provided , the health warranty will be void.

Life Time Support and Re-Home Policy
We are here for you and your new Doodle Heaven puppy for the lifetime of his/her life, you can contact us with any questions or concerns. Buyer(s) agree if for any reason during the dogs life you are unable to keep the dog/puppy purchased from us you will first contact the Breeder and we will assist in re homing the dog in a new home or if needed we will take him/her back, there will be no refunds. And the Guarantee is non transferable and shipping costs are the Buyers Responsibility. Under no circumstances shall the Buyer(s) place the puppy/dog in a shelter, Humane Society, Dog Pound, Pet Mill or Pet Store and Buyer(s) will not resell the puppy/dog for any reason.

Final Agreement
In order to validate this Contract, the Contract must be signed and dated and returned to the Breeder within 7 days after the Date of Purchase, Failure to comply with the above stated conditions will render this entire contract null and void.
By signing below you have read and understand this Pet Contract/Guarantee and agree to this document in full. Buyer also understands if any part of this Contract is breached the Breeder is released from any obligations under this Contract. I also understand that Under no circumstances shall the Breeder be liable to the Buyer or to any third party for any consequential, incidental or special damages resulting from or in manner related to the puppy/dog. Upon execution of this contract all Veterinary care and its associated costs are the sole and exclusive Responsibility of the Buyer.
This contract shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas Jurisdiction and venue shall lie in a court of competent jurisdiction location in Pulaski County, Arkansas.
