Owning a puppy is a wonderful experience and adding a new member to your family, but it is also a big responsibility and a life time commitment. Please make sure everyone in the family is on board and willing to do their share in taking care of your new little one!

What's your first step to adopt a Doodle Heaven puppy?
Once you decide that you definitely want one of our puppies, you will need to submit your puppy application online and review our Guarantee.
A puppy application is a form you will need to fill out , this way we can get to know a little more about you, your family and lifestyle, the more we know about you the better we are able to fit the right puppy with you and your family. And it also tells us what kind of puppy you are interested in, sex, generation, color, coat type ect.
And we would like to know that you are prepared to care for your puppy and that you are ready to devote the necessary time to train your dog so that he is a blessing to you and your family. We do our best to place all our puppies in a loving home that will be best for the dog and the owner.

How to reserve a puppy
Once we have received and accepted your application then a $300 non refundable deposit is required to reserve the available puppy and/or up coming litter of your choice. This will be applied to the total cost of the puppy. You can also print off the Guarantee and send it in along with the $300 deposit. (We will send the Guarantee VIA Email)
We very much appreciate the families who choose to reserve ahead and have the patience to wait for a Doodle Heaven puppy. Those on our waiting list will be contacted once the litter of their choice arrives and have the first opportunity of selection of a puppy before posting our puppies to our website. We do not accept deposits until litter is confirmed.

Payment options:
All deposits and monies applied toward the purchase of a Doodle Heaven puppy is non-refundable but can be transferred to another litter 1 time only.
Deposits can be processed through Paypal in the form of credit card or debit card. Paypal is a safe and secure payment service that is simple, convenient and very easy to use. Anyone can sign up for Paypal if they have an email address!
Please add 4% charge added to the total for Paypal's fee.
We also accept checks.

When is the Balance Due?
The balances for these puppies will be due before or by 7 weeks old.
When can you bring your puppy home?
Our puppies can go to their new homes by 8 weeks old

We do not allow people come to our home. Please take the time to read our visitor policy page about why and we do understand that buying over the internet is a big decision! We have 100's of references from families all over the U.S and Alaska that we can send you and they are always happy to talk about their Doodle
Do you offer a Health Guarantee?
Doodle Heaven promise's to give you the best possible service and highest level of integrity. We offer 1 year against all serious life altering Gentic Health Issue and 2 years against Hip Dysplasia.
All puppies come with a Spay / Neuter policy and we also have a Life Time Support and Life Time Re-Home policy for every Doodle Heaven puppy, This means that we are here for you and your doodle throughout his/her life and we will take back the dog purchased from us at anytime if needed in his/her life.

We would love to be able to meet every family that adopts one of our puppies but I also realize that many people can not make a trip to Arkansas. We are experienced shippers and have shipped most of our puppies to their families and with great success. And once the puppy is safely in your hands expect a wagging tail and lots of puppy kisses to greet you!

We ship with Delta Pets First and on occasions we will use American Airlines to safely ship our puppies. There is a Fee of $350 to $400 to all U.S destinations. The fee includes: The Flight cost for the puppy, Flight Insurance, Crate, Special Veterinarian Certificate for flight, Delivery fee. - We handle everything and all you have to do is pick up your puppy at your local Delta Cargo Office or American Airlines Office (which ever we use).
Please do not try to book your own flights because we have to do that from our end. There are special flights that we have to fly out on, not every flight is equipped to accept puppies. Once the puppy's flight is booked we will contact you... *Please note that once the puppy has been tendered to the Airlines , we at Doodle Heaven are no longer responsible for the safety of the puppy and if injury or death should occur you must contact the Airlines*

If you are planning on flying into Little Rock Airport and have your puppy as a carry on there will be a fee of $100. When you book your flight inform the airlines that you will be returning with a puppy. You will need to purchase a soft sided dog carrier, get one that is for a dog up to 25lbs, this will give the puppy plenty of room. The weight restrictions for most airlines is 14lbs. *please make sure you let us know if you will be flying in and carry your puppy home with you.*
We also have an option for Ground Delivery...
We could possibly have your puppy ground Delievered, this option may or may not be available in your area. If you are interested in this option please let us know! The price could vary between $100-300
